Damaged Packaging/ Product
Please contact us via e-mail or phone if you have received a damaged product, or if your product was damaged in transit. Keep all the original packaging material for carrier inspection (we will notify the Postal Service or UPS to submit a claim and they may require the original packaging material).
Returns or Exchanges
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE PREAPPROVED.
You may return unused and undamaged product for a full product price refund. However, to keep our shipping costs low, we cannot refund the shipping amount, or any additional shipping for you to return the product to us. Any shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. We suggest contacting us by phone or email to discuss options for returns/exchanges so that the best course of action can be taken.
Return Policy for Digitized Designs on Disk
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot honor returns or exchanges on our line of Digitized Designs for Sewing or Embroidery Machine. If you have concerns about the product please contact us prior to ordering or if you have an issue with a defective product after receiving it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
